THE SAVE MY BLADES KIT
Oxidation happens when a razor is left out to dry in between uses, which creates rust and causes the blades to dull. By storing your razor in the SAVE MY BLADES proprietary liquid, a protective coating is created, preventing oxidation and keeping your blade sharper longer. With the SAVE MY BLADES formula, one razor blade should last 3 – 6 months.
Step 1: Start with a new, sharp razor of your choice. Open the small bottle and pour enough Save My Blades solution into the large container to cover your razor’s blade (approximately 1/2 inch). Don’t pour it all in at once, only as you need it. Place your entire razor (handle and blade) in the large bottle with the blade portion submerged in the liquid.
Step 2: Shave as you normally would.
Step 3: After you are done shaving, rinse the blade clean, pat it dry, and then put it back in the large container. Make sure the blade portion is submerged in the Save My Blades solution and reseal the container.
If you follow instructions and keep just enough liquid to cover the blades on your razor then the liquid will last up to one year.
Absolutely! We recommend that if you are only going to use just a few blades
a year then go ahead and use a better blade.
